Moon and Earth from ISS

View of Waxing Gibbous Moon and Earth from ISS captured by Expedition 48 Commander Jeff Williams of NASA. This painting was actually the second layer of the first painting. I was working on Andromeda but ended feeling dissatisfied of the result.

I came across the an astronomical image of Moon and Earth from ISS. I am absolutely captivated by the azure atmosphere and the floating clouds. How the Earth appears to be almost in a straight line besides the much further Moon portray an interesting perspective of how closely the ISS orbiting the Earth. Thus I ditched my previous Andromeda painting, painted the canvas all black again and work on this captivating shot instead.
